Solid pulley under PM process
Can the powder metallurgy process produce pulleys? The answer is affirmative and definite. So, how exactly is it produced? First, in the forming process, the cylindrical part of the pulley and one of the stoppers are directly produced together, while the other stopper needs to be produced separately. After both go through the sintering process, they can be assembled into a whole. Usually, such pulleys also require a blackening process, followed by shaping, punching holes, and finally inspection, packaging and warehousing.
